Payment or proof of payment should accompany the registration.
Please note that numbers for the conference are limited, registrations will be accepted on first come, first served basis therefore on site registrations will not be guaranteed.

As soon as the Organising Secretariat has received the complete registration form and the required payment, a written confirmation and an invoice will be sent by e-mail.

Notification of cancellations and changes must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat. For cancellations received before June 20, the full payment less 20% for administrative costs will be refunded. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after June 20, 2017. All refunds will be made after the conference.
